This pillow is actually two pillows which can be used for three different profiles: thin (or flat), regular and thick. The intention, per the product statement is that there is a soft outer layer the contains a supporting inner layer (see the "pillow in a pillow" image).I prefer a flat pillow, because I am a stomach sleeper. I have been trying for years to find a decent "flat" pillow to replace the very flat down pillow that I have used for far too many years. If you _remove_ the inner pillow and just use the outer pillow you have a nice "flat" pillow. The outer pillow (sans the inner pillow) was perfect for my stomach sleeping preference.And, since stomach sleepers are the rare bird (less then 10% of the population), there's a good chance that the inner pillow can be used by someone else in the family. In my case I bought the two-pack. This means that after I use on of the outer pillows I can still construct one very thick pillow and one medium pillow or save the extra thin/flat pillow and be left with two regular thickness pillows by someone else.I highly recommend these pillows. I've been fighting with neck pain upon waking. I sleep on my side and my stomach so it was difficult to decide which pillows to order. I commend Casper! These pillows are true to their advertisement. You can sleep in any position and wake with no neck pain. Thank you Casper!The pillows are nice. They are a tight fit in our standard pillow cases. They sink some, not badly. They are working out fine over the last couple of months since I purchased them. We will what happens has we have them longerI’m a side sleeper and really like this pillow. 4/5 stars only because I still think that perfect side sleeper pillow is somewhere out there and I have yet to find it.This is a great pillow that offers a good night's sleep and makes the bed look beautiful when not in use (if you have oversized pillowcases). I have scoliosis (curvature of the spine) so I have to be really careful about any pillows I might consider. As a side and back sleeper I thought this pillow would be way to high in loft but it is perfect. Once I put my head on it it sinks down while providing support. Feels like a big hug. I have had a good night's sleep, uninterrupted and have woken up feeling fully rested, something my two hundred dollar didn't offer. I highly recommend this well made pillow that offers options with or without the cover. I was a bedding snob and a Bedgear devotee but I decided to take a chance on this pillow from the thousands of positive reviews and the research I did in advance. I'm very glad I pulled the trigger on this one and bought it on Amazon Prime Day. My only regret is I didn't buy two! One thing I will say is that I have oversized sheets and pillowcases so my standard pillowcases are more generous than normal. This pillow fits perfectly in my pillowcases whereas it may be a tight fit in regular standard pillowcases. Highly recommend this pillow from Casper.I am not a little person. I bought these because i am a side sleeper and thought they would provide good support. They do. Too much so. They would be awesome for a big guy with big shoulders and a bowling ball for a head. I kept waking up with a stiff neck and a headache. I will have to rehome them as i kept them too long. Expensive pillow mistake. Casper makes great stuff tho. Excellent qualityOkay, I had really crap pillows before I had these so the change was drastic. I love these pillows, so clean and squishy in the right way in the right places. Normally these are expensive so if you hold out till a sale opens up, SNAG THISI’ve constantly been waking up with a sore neck and headache. I tried literally EVERY pillow out there, and would sleep and alternate each one depending on my comfort level (my hubby hated how many pillows were on our bed). This Casper pillow is a dream…literally! I sleep well and wake refreshed. I was worried that it wasn’t “fluffy enough” when I slept, like some reviews mention, but it’s literally forming to your curves in the most comfortable, soft, cozy way. The best!Of course it's all subjective, but here are my thoughts after 5 months of ownership. Is this pillow going to change your life? The answer is an emphatic NO. Is this a decent pillow that gives you the option to have something more fluffy as well as something a little less fluffy, YES. Is it easy to clean in terms of a comparison to a down filled pillow? Absolutely. Is the "tech" really a game-changer. Not at all.If you need a pillow, this is not a bad choice but I think there are a lot of people in the comments section that spent money on this, and they want to convince themselves that it was ultimately the best purchase in terms of pillows, and I can't agree with that. It's a pillow. It doesn't stay cooler than other pillows. It doesn't feel any better than a decent pillow, it's just a pillow. Invest in a good mattress if you aren't getting the rest you're trying to get. This pillow is definitely NOT a must-have.The pillow flattens in the middle over the course of the night. Doesn’t matter how much I fluff it, it goes flat and is causing my neck pain. I missed the return window because I wanted to give it a good try and have been using it for almost two months. Sad to say this $100 pillow is going in the garbage.best pillow I have ever hadThe king sized pillow is ridiculous, all fluff and no support. Meaning that when you fluff it, it maintains it's supporting structure for an hour or so, then returns to "normal". Unless you want to wake up every hour to fluff it, you're better off getting a good down pillow for half the price. The redeeming factor is the return policy...My second Casper pillow. Have one at home, and bought another for our vacation home. I suffer from bad neck pain causing migraines. This pillow provides the support I need, while being soft at the same time.
